Decent place to stay BUT be wary of the potential accusations of smoking in the unit to forfeit your deposit
4.0Location is good. It is very close to restaurants, mart and pharmacy.
− 1. U need to register and get the parking pass every time u leave the area. Other homestay will give us an access card. 2. Filtered water is dirty. They should be using water dispenser such as COWAY or CUCKOO. 3. Bed was uncomfortable and can feel the spring. 4. Ventilation not working in guest toilet and the smell was bad. 5. [WARNING] Admin said cleaners claimed we smoke in the unit when we didn’t. This is an attempt to forfeit our deposit. Don’t give in and ARGUE your case.
Overall is good & Host is friendly.
9.0-Host is fast response and helpful. -Provided washer,WIFI internet,smart TV,water heater,Fridge,air cond, 2 queen bed in master room, queen bed for another 2 room. -Provided 2 private parking lot. (Level 1 - Block A) -Check in instruction is clear. -Swimming pool (currently under maintenance) & gym room is allow to use for guest.
− -Access card provided cannot use for access door at guard house coming in the building,because some convenience shop just beside the building and walking distance, but after go out, then cannot come in. -Hopefully host improve on it. Thanks

9.0Everything around us. Aeon, Food court, a Catholic Church, 24hrs supper club. Even a street market. All at affordable prices.
