A nice and comfortable place, I warmly recommend it.
9.0The apartament is nicely decorated, luminous and well equipped. As it was located at the basement, it benefits of a terrace for relaxation and one for eating. The yard is full of plants and flowers, which makes you feel like in a tropical garden. For the parking we used the available street from the street, without any stress. Overall, it was a quiet and comfortable place and I warmly recommend it.
− No significant issues. Maybe because of the fertilizer used to maintain the vegetation, there was a strong smell felt mostly in the morning and evening (I associated it with the irrigation timing). Staying outside in these periods was not pleasant. As the area is so arid, I suppose it is part of the price paid for such a nice garden. It is not a location close to the well known touristic beaches, but if you rent a car, there are about 10-15 minutes drive to some of these places.
