10.0So close to town and restaurants! Easy to find and check in. Beautiful views of the mountains and a hot tub to boot! Great location to get to Ski Cooper. Very welcoming and lots of space!
− It's tough for older folk to get used to the transition steps in the home. There is ample warning, just didn't think it would be a big deal. We got used to it tho. There was a tiny bit of trash left on the bookshelves.

9.0The location is perfect! Only a block from downtown and you can walk anywhere in Leadville from there. The living space is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked.

This property does not have air conditioning.
There is an additional pet fee if you are bringing a pet (2 pets max) - $70 for one, $140 for two.
If it snows more than several inches, look for snow removal signs to make sure you don't violate any temporary parking rules.
Do NOT use the fireplace.
