Vacation stay for Tweetsie Railroad
10.0We loved the cabin! It was so spacious and accommodating for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was amazing! A great way to relax after a family fun day at Tweetsie Railroad. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (from dishes, silverware, pots & pans, to a Keurig). The view was beautiful. The neighbors were very friendly. I definitely would stay again!
− The only complaint we have is that the little board games do not have all the pieces and the Playstation 2 downstairs doesn't have the hookups to play it. Also the benches around the burn pit aren't level and the wooden one is breaking. Other than that we loved it.

5.0The location was nice. View was nice
− Hot tub was nasty and stunk like a swamp. No chlorine at the location so I had to purchase some myself and clean the hot tub to be able to use it on the last day. We had to vacuum the porches and rake the leaves. No propane for the fireplace, no charcoal for the grill. The refrigerator stopped working on us over the night so all of the food we just bought went in the garbage. It advertised mini golf, that's about a joke. Can't just put a green rug down and call it mini golf. No golf balls. The Christmas tree and decorations are still up so it goes to show it hasn't had any attention in some time. The whole place just felt like it hasn't been cleaned or any maintenance done in quite some time. The whole time felt like we sent cleaning, or doing things to try and make it more comfortable. Worst part was the lack of communication with the property owners or maintenance. The property owner responded to the hot tub issue but that was it. Never tried to help just acknowledged we had a problem. What was meant to be a nice get away with my family turned into a headache. Pretty disappointed in the whole experience, even with using booking.com
