− Entfernung zum Bikepark deutlich länger, als angegeben, die Wohnung war sehr laut, Die Wohnung war feucht. In zwei Räumen gab es große Wasserflecken an Decke und Wänden. Im Wohnzimmer hat es von der Decke getropft. Im großen Schlafzimmer war Schimmel an der Wand.
