10.0Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet von Langerfeld mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Nähe. Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, keine sichtbaren Mängel oder Hygieneprobleme. Die Einrichtung ist modern, vollständig und durchdacht. Küche, Geräte, Möbel und Technik (z. B. WLAN) sind vorhanden und funktionstüchtig. Der Gastgeber war zuverlässig und gut erreichbar. Der digitale Check-in lief reibungslos, Informationen wurden frühzeitig mitgeteilt. Das Verhältnis von Preis und gebotener Leistung war ausgezeichnet — ohne versteckte Mängel oder Abstriche. Das Wohnumfeld war ruhig, und die Hausregeln (z. B. Nachtruhe) wurden respektiert, wodurch angenehmes Wohnen möglich war.

10.0Ich war für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bei VAZ Apartments in Wuppertal und rundum zufrieden. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen komplett digital und reibungslos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schlüssellose Zugang zur Wohnung – sehr komfortabel und modern gelöst. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Alles, was ich für meinen Aufenthalt gebraucht habe, war vorhanden. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung – gerne wieder!

10.0Ich war geschäftlich in Wuppertal unterwegs und habe eine Wohnung für Firmenmitarbeiter gebucht. Die Unterkunft war modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die digitale Zugangslösung über ein Codeschloss sowie die hochwertige Ausstattung, die ideal auf Geschäftsreisende abgestimmt ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieterteam war vorbildlich: Rückmeldungen erfolgten schnell, klar und unkompliziert. Der gesamte Ablauf – von der Buchung bis zum Check-out – war professionell organisiert. Klare Weiterempfehlung.
