Wonderful birthday celebration for our mums 80th birthday. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the venue.

9.0Great space with lots of things to keep all ages occupied. Cinema room was great. There are plenty of TVs and spaces to keep everyone entertained.
− There seem to be extra rules after booking about being outside late or having guests arrive after a certain time due to neighbours. However it seemed the neighbours were up late anyway.

10.0Perfect size for a party of 13. There were even blow up beds in the cupboard for extra guests, if needed. Plenty of bedding. Clean property - a few scratches etc but that made it more comfortable for us to know that the host wasn’t going to come round with a magnifying glass like some other places. Had a wonderful stay and was in a lovely area. Would book again! Host was communicative and flexible with our booking. Fantastic.
− Personally, I’d get rid of the cinema room and turn that into a bigger bedroom. But that’s not to say I didn’t like it!

− Damian lied about the bbq being in place and it wasn’t, he emailed me three times going on about cleaning the thing and the charges £46 I would incur so you know I wanted it. In kitchen and bedrooms ant Infestion and all the food was ruined. Grass wasn’t cut, decor is cheap and you’ve painted the front door and windows in UPVC paint grey and want another £17 to warm up the hot tub.. if £860 isn’t enough.
Beautiful quiet location in a stunning part of the country. Property is perfect for a large family
8.0Beautiful location in the countryside, house worked really well for our group of friends. Loved the cinema room and large spacious grounds. Also the pub/restaurant down the road served us fantastic meal and were really accommodating with our group.
− Pool table has seen better days and was very cramped. Other than that, no complaints

4.0Fully equiped kitchen & good location
− Too smal even for 8 adults , how can you advertise 15 capacity & only 2 bathrooms. Hot tub major feature BUT extra charge to use it. 7 tvies on house , but maximun 3 can be connected to sky at any one time. Hot tub cover was blown away so water was cold , & could not use. Waste of money.
