unclean and overpriced
1.0great location close to the beach and the main part of vincentia but you do need a car to get round.
− the state of the property was disgusting dirt all over the fans no air-conditioning in the bedrooms despite the listing stating that it's an airconditioned property. the backyard was so overgrown that it was unusable and could not let my child play due to the risk of snakes and rats. the outside dining table was also unable to be used due to the overgrown yard. there were bugs in the kitchen and moldy food in the cabinets. the shower upstairs leaks into the children's room. overall, we felt very ripped off paying almost $500 a night over Australia day long weekend to get a unkempt property that felt dirty.
