מיקום !!!! על נחל במרחק הליכה מהיום מיקום מדהים !!!!

− לא היה אינטרנט !!!!!! ( חשוב לומר שנתנו לנו פיצוי כספי על חבילת אינטרנט שנאלצנו לעשות עדיין היינו מספר אנשים כמה ימים וזה היה בעייתי ) אין מזגן בכל החדרים

− Čistoča je bila na minimumu, umazan jedilni pribor, pomanjkanje posode, vsepovsod velike črne mravlje(celo v hladilniku), ogromno komarjev, dotrajana vrata ki odpirajo prehod iz bivalnega dela na teraso tako, da se niso zapirala v celoti kar je omogočilo vstop komarjem, dotrajana kopalnica kjer so odpadle ploščice v tuš kabini ležale kar na tleh kabine. Zmotilo me je tudi izsiljevanje lastnika ki je mimo Booking rezervacije zahteval nekakšen "polog" v višini 250€ z obrazložitvijo da je to varščina ki se vrne ob odhodu.

Nice outside space, but the house overall needs some work

The outdoor area is very nice and comfortable. A few more comfy chairs like they have in Sunset 2 (the folding ones) would also be a nice addition here since it is advertised for 10 people.

− The bunk beds are very squeeky and seem unstable, so we ended up not using the top one. Luckily we had less people than initially planned, so it wasn't a huge issue, but if it was a full house it definitely would have been. Every little movement causes very loud squeeks and would wake up the whole room. Also, there is very little space in the top bunk because it's very close to the ceiling. There is also only one tiny mirror in the house, which isn't really sufficient. The couch on the balcony is also very worn down and should be fixed or replaced. The outside pillows are stained and should be changed. There is also only a scratched up teflon pan, so the owners could consider just getting a new stainless steel one. The grill from the pictures is not available, there is only a tiny one that is very dirty. The sureounding area could also be cleaned of trash... the owner did come to cut the grass, but the trash that was around/under it was not picked up. Also, storage space in the dresser in the big room is lacking. The dresser needs more shelves. The number of shelves they have now is not adequate for 4 people. The internet was also very unreliable, but i think that was a global ada bojana issue, not neccessarily just in this accommodation.

The deck’s perfect for watching a beautiful sunset, the kitchen is well equipped with even a dishwasher. If you don’t like direct sunlight all day and a little bit of shade then this place is in a perfect position for you. Our host was very nice and there’s a large parking.

− The only thing we could think of is that if you’re a very private person this might not be the place for you since it shares a deck with a cottage next door, but we didn’t mind at all and it’s very common because most of the houses on water have neighbours in close proximity. On the plus side if you’re a larger group you could maybe get both places and have both some privacy from each other as well as a shared space.
