It could have been better if the host provided a better customer service.

− The owner did not reach out to see if our stay is okay or not. We booked for 4 day stay and we only had 2 bath towels to use the whole stay. There was no shampoo and no extra garbage bags and the shower is moldy.

10.0I recently had the pleasure of staying at [inspiria olivias haven], and I can’t say enough about the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I particularly enjoyed the [mention any specific feature, e.g., “beautiful view of the city skyline from my window”]. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to mall , island and restaurant making it convenient to explore the area. I also appreciated the pool it has a beautiful view What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, providing recommendations and always being available to assist with any needs. Overall, my stay at olivia haven inspiria was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting davao city and will definitely be returning on my next trip.
