8.0Mieszkanie urządzone w praktyczny i przyjemny sposób, z dbałością o detale (przewodnik na stole, wiatrak na cieplejsze dni). Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Mieszkanie czyste z baaardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. Odpowiedni stosunek jakości do ceny.
− W kuchni jest ekspres do kawy, ale nie ma żadnych kapsułek (przydałyby się chociaż dwie na powitanie). W łazience przydałoby się mydło do rąk. Łóżko jest bardzo wygodne,ale nie można tego powiedzieć o poduszkach (warto zainwestować w lepsze).

− Das Mini Badezimmer mit der nicht schließenden Tür, sowie das schlecht riechende Treppenhaus

− Bisschen Verkehrslärm, was aber im Stadtzentrum nicht zu vermeiden ist

10.0Świetna lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste. Właściciel mieszkania cudowny i empatyczny człowiek. Żona była po operacji i okazało się, że nasz kierowca przyjedzie po nas dopiero wieczorem. Z pełną radością i bez najmniejszego problemu przedłużył nam darmowo dobę hotelowa do momentu przyjazdu osoby która nas odebrała.
