− I was coming from Dubai to have a surgery in Aster medicity so as per the message I had contactecd Midhun to get a early check in because after 4 pm I had to admit for the surgery so he said will do it, during this conversation I asked him they have a shuttle service to the hotel and he said yes , when I came out the from the airprt there was a taxi waiting for me.Midhun never told me it is taxi and they charged 1300 INR while there was Uber available 709 INR and this taxi driver dropped me different property and Midhun asked me to go to second floor(No lift also)where there is no room, again when I contacted he said he will send some one there , after minutes one person came with a auto and drove to the third property(SAS tower, no lift) which is one KM from there.I never had such experience from Booking.com so humbly request you to varify the property under booking .com....I magine that I am going for a surgery.
