We have stayed in many villas and holiday homes over the years, but this was by far one of the cleanest, most beautiful, and best-maintained properties we have ever experienced. The location is perfect. From the moment you walk in, you truly feel like you are on vacation. The private pool, the peaceful atmosphere, and the complete privacy make it an ideal place for anyone looking to relax, especially families. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need, and every detail has been carefully considered. Everything was spotless and exceptionally clean. What made our stay even more special was our wonderful host, Marina, and her family. They welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness from the very first moment. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, they responded immediately and were always happy to help. We didn’t feel like ordinary guests—we felt like friends visiting friends. I have stayed in dozens of holiday homes over the years, but I have rarely experienced such sincere hospitality and genuine care. Marina and her family made our holiday truly unforgettable. I can recommend this villa with complete confidence to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and unforgettable holiday. Thank you, Marina and your family, for everything. Perfect stay at Villa 10 Elies

The villa is in a great spot on the west coast of Pelion, just a short walk to the supermarket and bakery which made life super easy. It was the perfect base for our trip. The house itself is spotless, comfortable, and has everything you need. The pool was definitely a highlight, big, clean, and well taken care of (someone even came by twice while we were there to maintain it). But honestly, what really made the stay special were the hosts, Marina and Yorgos. From day one they were amazing, quick to answer any little questions, always ready with local tips, and even helped us out when we needed something unexpected. They were always available, whether by message or in person, and that made all the difference. Thanks Marina and Yorgos for making our stay so easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better villa!

הוילה נוחה ומרווחת. נעימה וביתית . האיזור יפה מאוד. מיקום נוח ליד סופר ומאפיה.הילדים נהנו מאוד מהבריכה. יש חופים יפים באיזור. מומלץ

− היינו שם במשך 6 לילות. אף איש צוות לא בא. בשלב מסויים הבית היה קצת מלוכלך. הבריכה היתה קצת מלוכלכת בקרקעית. נגמרו שקיות האשפה ועוד דברים מתכלים והיינו צריכים לקנות בסופר.

Beautiful villa, could do with new mattresses and a safer entrance
