Couldn't ask for more
10.0Great location, easy access JR Otaru station, many bus routes, and the city centre. The hosts, Funa-san and Kimi-san were very kind and welcoming. Not only was the stay very comfortable, they also gave me a lot of information on interesting places to visit, where to find good food, and they even taught me quite a bit about the history of Otaru and helped me with improving my Japanese.
Like staying with family!
10.0This was our favourite stay of our time in Japan by far! Kimi-san and Funa-san made us feel right at home. On our arrival Kimi-san showed us around the guesthouse, and sat and chatted with us about things to do in Otaru. They even made us a reservation at their friend’s sushi restaurant (which was delicious). We look forward to coming back on future travels!
