Beautifully presented, very clean, very smart and stylish. Spacious and modern with all the equipment we needed. The view of the hedge through the main windows was nice enough but would have been so much better had the hedge been cut back. It did look as though it had several years gross in it and was quite sick and impossible to see any views beyond. It did not detract from the overall very positive impression the property left us with.

− Just a couple of things needed attention:- - a couple of lightbulbs needed replacement in the kitchen. - the temperature outside was in the low 30s and there was no fan. The sheets on the bed were of a brushed cotton material and too warm for high summer. This meant that sleeping in such high temperatures with no way of cooling down on warm sheets made the night somewhat uncomfortable. - there was a picnic bench on the terrace, which was very nice although we didn’t use it but we noted that some plastic picnic chairs were covered in cobwebs and haven’t been cleaned for awhile.

Enjoyable stay in an excellent location. Properly was good apart from the problems listed

Clean and comfortable and location was excellent

− Main bathroom/toilot had bad sewage smell and cooker didn’t work. Reported both on first full day. Was told smell had been reported before but it was a problem coming from outside the property and as such was out of their control. The cooker still wasn’t fixed when we checked out

Very spacious lodge and liked how the view was of the hedgerow as this offered a bit of privacy. We Well equipped with all kitchen gadgets, linen, towels etc. Easy check in.

− Would prefer an earlier check in and later check out time as 5pm for check in is quite late. 11am check out would be less of a rush. Recommend net curtains or blinds as we felt the neighbouring lodges were looking at us while we were sat watching TV so had to draw the curtains.

Comfortable, tidy accommodation, nicely equipped. Only minor issues.

Cosy, light and nicely decorated.

− Kettle needs replacing. Blinds needed in bedrooms as curtains are woefully inadequate. Would love to see provision for EV charging.
