High-end stay with professional staff
10.0Well-designed, high end stay. Hosts were supremely professional and accommodating. They were prompt to respond and helped us book a private chef for dinner as well as transportation to our next stay the following morning when there was a storm. The food was delicious, beds were comfy, and onsens and spa were a dream. It was particularly lovely to soak in the outdoor hot spring while snow was falling—a magical experience. My friend and I liked it so much that we requested and paid for late check out which was 100% worth it. Definitely recommend staying here if it fits within your plans.
