I have stayed in many accommodations over the years, but I have never had such a disappointing expei
3.0The price was cheaper compare with other accommodations. However, I wouldn't go back again
− First, it took quite a long time to get the access code to enter the house because the staff didn't seem to know what to do. After I checked in, I noticed an unpleasant smell throughout the house, and my room still smelled strongly of cleaning products. I also wasn't sure whether the bedsheets were clean, as they were dark in colour and it was difficult to tell. I paid a $100 deposit on Thursday, and as of the close of business on Monday, I still have not received my refund. The entire process was frustrating because it was difficult to communicate with the staff. No one seemed able to make decisions or respond to my requests, which caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
