3.0Der Grundriss der Wohnung, abgesehen davon, dass das Bad absolut eng ist
− Die Wohnung ist in einem desolaten Zustand, unsauber und unhygienisch Man hat das Gefühl, dass es überall klebt und nie richtig geputzt würde Flecken auf allen Polstermöbeln und Stühlen, verkalkte und verdreckte Wasserhähne und Duschkopf, ( erholsames Duschen unmöglich, da Duschkopf auch nicht funktionsfähig ), Backofen total verdreckt, Abzugshaube total verdreckt, Steckdosen verdreckt, Balkon nicht gereinigt, Handtücher wenigstens 10 Jahre alt und in gruseligen Zustand, genauso die Bettwäsche, die angegebene Waschmaschine war überhaupt nicht vorhanden, der Küchentisch war mal ei Balkontisch und ist total verwittert, der Esstisch ist total durch Wassereinwirkung geschädigt, die Wände sind dreckig mit Löchern usw. usf.
