− The security at reception was could not pick up my booking even though I was listed first in their form .. that was annoying

− The complex consists of both a hotel component and apartments. We had booked an apartment in order to have 2 bedrooms. On the second day of our stay our children were advised the pool is only for hotel guests and were unable to use it for the remainder of the week.

− The fact that we had to ask for simple things like a bin to throw away things, a toilet brush, an iron. The place is also infested with cockroaches
