Nice place. bad carpet.
8.0The condo location, view and size were great. Building 3 sits in the back but you can still see the water and the beach. Two minute walk in you’re on the beach, Nice gated community was security. The condo is large and nicely decorated. Big full bathrooms and bedrooms. The only downsize is the carpet in the bedrooms is filthy And dingy with stains. Really disgusting and would be an easy fix. The rest of the place is tiled. Everything looks clean except for the carpet. They could also fix the drapes or replace them and supply more things like Kleenex tissues, a cutting board, salt and pepper, Tupperware, so you can take stuff down to the beach, And coffee filters or replace the coffee maker with a Keurig. Little changes like this would make a big difference. Also, the beach chair and umbrella rental is so overpriced. Consider offering that maybe for one or two days? They do supply some beach chairs in the condo, but you can’t take your own umbrella until after 6 o’clock. I would stay there again if they changed the carpet.
