10.0The location is great with many nearby beaches around as well as plenty of sea view restaurants (Sea salt was our favourite). Trips up north to the Myrtos beach are around 50 minutes and definitely worth it. The best part was however the house itself-new, clean, fully equiped with a beautiful pool, as well as our host, Penthalis, who was the most helpful and welcoming. He’s always reacted promptly and recommended everything perfectly. Overall he was extremely nice and helpful and made us feel really comfortable and welcome.
− The nearest beach Spemata can be easily missed and all the trips are to be made with car only.

10.0Struttura fantastica, la privacy di una villa con i servizi e la pulizia di un hotel 5 stelle. Pulizia a livelli altissimi. Struttura bella e moderna. Vicina a moltissime spiagge e ad un quarto d’ora da Argostoli.

10.0Villa is dreamy and perfect. Host is the best. He is answering within seconds. Great basket of local products was awating for us. Villa is as you can see on photos. Swimming pool is 10/10/ water is really warm all the time. Pool with steps (safe for kids). Washing machine was useful. Beach 2 minutes away. It has not very nice sand, but water is clean, clear and really really warm from 10 am till 9 pm. We rented skijet, clear canou and SUP on that beach (working till 7 pm or untill last customer). We rented boat (with no license) in Agrostoli twice and went to White Rocks Beach (water shoes needed). Also : pls buy sth waterproof so you can use it while swimming from boat to beach (like 20 metres). We ate at Zorbas and in Agrostoli (restaurant next to boats). Usually we bought (thanks to recomandation of the host) meat at Butcher's and grill it by ourselves (souvlaki, wings, lambs). Kreopolio Alexandros is the name of butcher's shop.

10.0Wonderful modern villa very close to the beach. All necessities were available feelt comfortable from the moment I stepped in. I can only recommend this villa for your stay in kefalonia.
