9.0Location is amazing.
With bad weather, wish there was cable tv. Most vacation homes have basic cable at the very least. It’s not the condo’
6.0It was in a safe area, good walking trails and convenient to Princeville shopping and Hanalei beaches
− People upstairs were loud with heavy walking overhead. Could hear all conversations. Being near pool was also not great as kids are screaming and parents aren’t respecting quiet hours.

The place is lovely.
9.0We absolutely loved the place the area was fantastic but you definitely need a car. The apartment had everything and is near the pool but far enough away. You are on the bottom floor. Which is not a problem but our neighbour above us a single lady seemed to walk around in hobnail boots. You knew when she went to the rest room, which part of the flat she was in. It was such a shame we found it easier to sit outside on the terrace when she was in!

Great having so many comforts of home while we were away from home
9.0Good response from management regarding malfunctioning wi-fi issue. It was resolved in an expedient manner. Kitchen supplies were great. Fantastic to have beach chairs & umbrella. We used them alot!
− No A/C. Entrance to hot tub is treacherous. The first step down is almost 2.5 feet. The ladder to leave the pool is extremely loose and shaky. Couch needs to be replaced.
