Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price. While it is a budget-friendly establishment, there were several highlights that made the stay comfortable and convenient. Value & Location Affordability: This is a classic "get what you pay for" experience, offering a very fair price for short-term stays. ​Convenience: The location is excellent. Having affordable dining options nearby, a small convenience store right downstairs, and a laundry shop within walking distance made the stay very practical. ​Room Comfort & Facilities ​Sleep Quality:The bed was comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the thick, high-quality blanket provided. ​Room Size: Both the bedroom and the bathroom were spacious and well-sized, especially considering the budget price point. ​Climate Control & Connectivity: While the air conditioning takes a little while to reach the desired temperature, it becomes very cold and effective once it does. Additionally, the Wi-Fi speed was impressively fast and reliable. ​Service & Maintenance: ​Staff: The receptionist was decent, attentive, and responded quickly to my requests. ​Parking There is plenty of parking available, which made arrivals and departures stress-of-free. ​Housekeeping: The "on-request" system for room service (refilling water, changing bins, and replacing towels/bedding) works well.

− While I understand this is a 2-star establishment, my recent stay was disappointing due to several lapses in basic cleanliness, maintenance, and service. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that the management addresses these issues for future guests. Room Condition & Hygiene Pest Control: I encountered small cockroaches in the room, including one crawling across my pillow. ​Cleaniness: Upon check-in, the floor was dusty with visible hair strands and scuff marks. Furthermore, the bedding was inadequate; the blanket had minor rust stains, and there were dried stains on the bed cover. Maintenance: The walls showed signs of neglect with peeling paint and black stains. The toilet door was broken and could not be locked, and the television was non-functional (which the receptionist acknowledged upon arrival). Climate Control: The air conditioning unit was temperamental and often failed to respond to the remote control. ​Amenities & Facilities ​Lack of Furniture: The room felt under-furnished. There were no cabinets or bedside drawers, only a single table and a lamp. ​Toiletries: No shampoo or basic toiletries were provided. While towels and tissue were available, the lack of essentials was inconvenient. ​Hot Water: The water heater functioned, but the temperature was lukewarm at best—only just enough to avoid being cold. ​Service & Security: ​Security: I felt the hallway security was insufficient, as the corridors are accessible to anyone, even though the rooms themselves require key card access. ​Front Desk: The receptionist’s phone etiquette could be improved. When answering calls, staff should identify the hotel by name to maintain a professional standard.
