− Firstly, when we booked this property it was called Crystal Towers Apartments. The host has now changed this to “Closed since November 2025”, however we stayed in December 2025. The apartment is not very clean, the instructions to get to the property were unclear, and the address given to us took us to the wrong place. The air conditioning situation is appalling, if you move around it stops, if you open doors or do anything it just stops working, so there is no point having air conditioning, it doesn’t serve the purpose it is just there for names sake. In the kitchen there are hardly any usable utensils, and wasn’t very clean. We arrived very late in the day, and the next morning Stan wanted us to leave at 10am on the dot. We were also charged $60 extra for cleaning which was unreasonable as the apartment wasn’t value for money. The parking spot for his apartment was in a very awkward space. The outside of the apartment complex was nice and well kept. It was insisted that we had to pay by cash. We travel a lot to different countries and have stayed in many different places but this was one of the worst and most unpleasant experiences we have had.

− Disappointed very disappointed Roach walking all over in the night place very untidy beer bottle from previous guests you could see a lot of empty bottles from liquor the previous guests had drink i would not recommend anyone to this place
