Despite the confusion at the beginning, it was a very nice apartment and would be happy to return
8.0The property was about a 10 minute walk from the railway station. It was a large spacious apartment which had everything we needed and would be happy to stay there again.
− The instruction for entry to the property was very muddled. It was not made clear at the point of booking that there was a key box. When we arrived after 10pm at night, we realised we did not have the correct pin code. We did not have access to wifi so did not know there was a message in booking.com with the pin number which had been sent after we left home for our trip. We were unable to to get a response from the number listed on booking.com and if we had not had our Italian friends with us we would not have had access to the property. They spoke to an neighbour, who managed to put us in touch with the vendor. Would have been helpful to have the keybox access code at point of paying for the booking.
