9.0We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in Phil and Alison's caravan. It was spotlessly clean and very well situated to explore the north Cornish coast. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the living area was spacious and comfy.

− The outside furniture was not in very good condition. Wooden bench and chairs worn out and not really safe to sit on due to dry, splintering wood

10.0Spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable caravan with beautiful views. Great location off the A39 Atlantic Highway which takes you to many gorgeous places, particularly Bude, Boscastle, Tintagel and Padstow. Fabulous beaches nearby, but you need to check if dogs are allowed. We found Black Rock beach best for our dog.
− Can't believe the caravan site was almost deserted! Most static and all the touring pitches were empty.

− The stale sugar & coffee left in storage jars. Few dirty pots in kitchen cupboards. These need to be checked before guests arrive. Toaster tray was full of crumbs and hadn’t been emptied.
