8.0Lage und Größe sehr gut. Parkplätze am Haus. Komfort des Hauses super.
− Zu wenig Geschirr, Gasherd und Einbauleuchten teilweise ohne Funktion. Haus etwas unpersönlich...etwas mehr Dekoration wäre nicht schlecht.

7.0Die Lage des Hauses ist spitze. Angenehmer Fußweg zum Strand und nicht weit vom OuddorpCity entfernt (beides sehr schön). Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Im Haus kann man sich mit 8 Personen gut aufhalten, es ist genug Platz im Couchbereich und am Esstisch sitzt man auch gemütlich. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Küchenausstattung (Kochgeschirr, Geschirr etc.) ist gut… es hat für uns nichts gefehlt. Allgemein ist die Einrichtung im unteren Hausbereich ansprechend…. In dem Schlafräumen leider ein wenig karg und ungemütlich. Parken ist vorm Haus möglich. Bei schönem Wetter kann man im Garten am Esstisch sitzen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war gut.
− Im Waschbecken/oberes Stockwerk fließt das Wasser sehr sehr schlecht ab... wir haben die Zähne über der Badewanne putzen müssen. Das Fenster in diesem Bad ließ sich auch nicht komplett öffnen (zum Lüften). Küche: die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht gut....wir vermuten, sie heizt nicht richtig auf... wir mussten alles jeweils per Hand nachspülen. Schwierig, wenn es keinen Stopfen für das Waschbecken gibt. Der Backofen ist gefährlich. Wir wollten ihn benutzen und es gab Funken. Der Gasherd hat zwei Platten ohne Starterfunktion. Sehr gefährlich/ Gas. Im Allgemeinen ist das Haus sehr hellhörig😉
