The surrounding area with a variety of different eateries and short walk to the beach was a plus. 7Eleven open 24 hrs was great and a close walk. Pool and hot tub was dirty and wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Was not able to get into it the whole time we stayed there. We just went to the beach instead. It was very inconvenient when kids wanted to swim and couldn’t because of how dirty the pool was. Upon arrival, the sheets on the beds were dirty and not changed from previous guests. There was a lot of hair left over on pillows and the sheets along with sand which the host had a cleaner come out to put new sheets and pillow cases on at 8:30pm. Very inconvenient as we were also tired from traveling and just wanted to come into a clean, comfortable and relaxing place. This is not what we got. Photos are close to what it looks like but the host doesn’t tell you about the cockroaches. Cockroaches were crawling out from the cabinets and walls in the evening and crawling all over the kitchen floor, dining table and chairs and also crawling in the living room floor. There were several cockroaches that made their way into the fridge part of the refrigerator and crawling into our food that we thought would be safe to put in a cold fridge. They crawled over the counter tops and were in the utensil drawer crawling on the utensils as well as the stove top. Cockroaches range from tiny to medium to large size crawling on the floors and no smoke detectors or fan/vent for cooking. Unsafe!

It was amazing when we got there we were upgraded to a two-bedroom without even knowing. We decided to stay another night they honored it with the same price for the one bedroom. The host and the people who run the place was amazing!! Very quiet we had the pool in the jacuzzi to ourself almost the whole time. Very quiet calm and a beautiful place to be. Only complaint we have is we got a late check out for 12:00 or 1:00 I can't remember we cleaned our room spotless made it nice around 9:30 in the morning the fire alarm started going off like crazy and we were not cooking everybody in the place was sleeping but me I was packing my daughter got woken my ex-husband got woken his mother got woken. I walked out back to breathe cuz I'm about to die and 2 hours down the lady opens her door and I'm like oh my gosh is it on fire and she says no my sister's cooking chemicals on the stove. So they were cooking who knows meth crack fentanyl I don't know how you cook any of that what you can and can't cook but my daughter had to sit in the car for 2 hours. I was sick after leaving there headache felt like I was high felt really weird and so did the rest of our family. I'm just very sad that the manager of the host hasn't reached out to the people who are there and checked on them and their family. We were there for my 8-year-old's birthday party she just turned eight while we were there. We spent thousands of dollars but we weren't checked on after there was chemicals cooking.

Someone was in the property already whrn we tried to check in. Unsafe and wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Stay away! You have been warned.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay. We had to wait a little for the room but nothing unreasonable in my opinion. We’ll definitely come again.

Upon checkin we were placed at an adjacent property, not the one shown in the booking photos. Entrance to the room was through the back of the property which was only accessible from a rear alleyway that was dark and felt unsafe and isolated at night. We also had to enter through the door to the laundry room area then enter our room. Once in the room, it was clean and cute. However, we slept with a chair in front of the door due to safety concerns. We checked out after the first night and requested a refund for the remaining days due to the concerns listed. We were told we would receive a refund but as of today (12 days later) we have not and the owners are no longer responding to us.
