Great location, mediocre apartment and very cold- good thing we brought extra blankets!

− The heat took hours to warm up the apartment. In the bedroom 1/2 of the heat didn't work, so it was colder than the rest of the apartment at all times. We had numerous pillows and towels but no extra blankets which were sorely needed because the apartment didn't get warm until almost six hours after we arrived. Also, when our lock code was changed by mistake by the facility (they incorrectly thought we were scheduled to check out earlier that day), I called to ask for help. The person on the phone told me, "When we find someone we will be there." My son and I had just skied all day and were not thrilled about waiting, so when I asked how long that might be, I was rudely told, "This is not a hotel." In the end, we waited less then 10 minutes, but the phone conversation made me feel like I was asking for something outrageous when I merely wanted to enter the apartment I had paid for. And, by the way, no apology was made.
