1.0It was horrible. The pictures looked good, but the actual place was completely different.
− It was extremely dirty, and the photos online were completely different from the actual place. When we checked in, the home was dirty and smelly, and there was lots of food in the refrigerator as if someone was already living there. We followed the check-in instructions to retrieve the key from the lockbox, so this was definitely the intended location. It was so unsafe that we left and tried to request a refund, but the host refused and said it's our own fault for entering the wrong home. If this was the wrong home, why was the address and the key code correct? It was an absolutely horrible stay and they should be removed from the website.
