we loved the big space, comfortable bedding. everything we needed for our weekend break. the host were lovely and welcoming. beautiful views across the countryside and valley. working horse yard location was a lovely experience to enjoy the nature and horses nearby. the property is just outside of Wadebridge with has everything we wanted and more for a good size seaside town.

It served its purpose as somewhere to sleep in the middle of August so guess you get what you pay for.

It certainly had potential but was let down by what might be best described as benign neglect.

Whilst appearing superficially clean, this was not the case with dust, stained furniture, dirty washing up brush, dirty plates, badly fitting windows, no hanging space for clothes, no proper curtains, bad lighting in bathroom with temperamental shower control.

Really nice, comfortable big bed and the sofa's in the living room were super comfy. The hosts were lovely (we hardly saw them) as due to unforseen circumstances we ended up taking our little boy with us... the bed was big enough for 3!

There is clearly a little 'finishing off' to complete. The living room velux windows had no blinds to keep out the sun... which can be overpowering, and there is a beam right next to the sink that we bumped our heads on numerous times! This is an 'equestrian farm' and we were woken very early one morning by someone rustling around in the garage/storage directly underneath the bedroom.... but overall a very nice stay and good value for money.
