Läget. Ägaren var trevlig och svarade snabbt.

− Uteduschen fungerade inte. Fanns kryp i lägenheten, dåligt städat, basala saker som diskmedel och handtvål saknades. TV-kanalerna funkade dåligt. Strömmen gick en dag. Luktade unket. Ingen plats för att förvara sitt handbagage samt dåligt med förvaring.

− Фурната в кухнята и душът в градината не работят. В стаите мирише на застояло, влага и мухъл.Има мравки под мивката в кухнята. Домакинът поиска допълнителна туристическа такса, която не е обявил в букинг в условията на резервацията. Политиката на мястото на настаняване относно боклука също не е обявена предварително в букинг.
