Quiet location with pool facility and private garage parking

− Not too many amenities locally so stock up beforehand if arriving on a Sunday as we did

Beautiful location, nice and quiet area. We arrived on Motorcycles and the Host assisted in secure parking within the property garden which was greatly appreciated. home is maintained well, plenty of sockets for charging facilities and comfortable beds. Garden games available for kids (and adults I must admit) and the pool is well maintained.

− nothing to dislike at all, the place is amazing, as is the host, we did have to request towels, but the host sorted this immediately, only minor improvement would be to add some basic toiletries, hand soap for example. Plan food ahead, if your transport is limited like ours, the local shops are circa 25mins walk away.

A great place to stay, but some improvements could be made.

The swimming pool and spa were brilliant. There was a wide range of facilities. The host booked us a restaurant where we had an excellent meal. The location was pleasantly rural.

− We had difficulty in using appliances, and we had to contact the host to be able to use them. Also, there were some instructions, but we didn't find them for a while, and they were only in French which we had difficulty in understanding. The host showed us round initially, but did not show us everything - with so many facilities I suggest a checklist would have been a good idea. Also, the host was keen to tell us in both the evening and the morning his political views which I thought were probably cospiracy theories.. There were no towels but when requested the host not too willingly brought us some immediately. The host lost his rag with us when we contacted him too early on a Sunday morning about getting facilities to work, not realising it was a Sunday.
