9.0I can't speak for Lago-Reisen but I can speak for the Owers of the house Paola, She immediatly helped us to fix the KEY when we arrived. She was very welcoming and even got some pasta for us (since we arrived late). She and her husband where very nice, showed us around the house and gave us tips for the neighbourhood. They were also always available to help with anything during the stay. The house itself has an awesome Price/value, it's not a new house but everything that you need is there and the view is amazing! The garden is quite a lot bigger then the pictures show and is dog-friendly! and last but not least: everything was well maintained / Clean.
