Great location & size of apartment but it is in need of update’s especially the kitchen

Location & view

− Only access was 34 stairs. Property was run down. No laundry facilities in apartment. Stove top & oven did not work effectively so self catering was not possible. Only a Small bar fridge & the freezer did not work. Quality of towels & bathroom supplies was not adequate for a week. No on site manager or assistance when required.
