Nice, spacious and comfy place

This facility is a condo in a new quadplex, very quiet and private. everything was clean except under the beds, which is no big deal, but weird that everything else was sparkling clean. The furniture, decorations, amenities were all good quality, our stay was very comfortable. It has large bedrooms with cute decor and comfy linens, big closets, 2 full bathrooms were very nice for having kids with us- you could sleep 6 to 8 if you crammed in all the queen/full beds plus couch bed, though we didn't need that many beds. Laundry facilities were a very nice bonus when traveling with three kids. nice smart TV in all the rooms, so kids could watch what they wanted to and adults could have quiet or their own movie if wanted. Close to grocery (for Alaska) and awesome outdoor activities at Chena Lakes. hosts were accommodating for our late check in and adding another day.

− No soap or shampoo as stated in description. under the beds was very dirty. the couch bed was very dirty and couldn't find linens for that bed.

Apart from some cleanliness issues, it is totally worth for the money.

Location is very good if you are here for Northern lights spotting. We can locate Northern lights just outside apartments. Apartment is very good, well maintained and very comfortable and spacious. It is cheaper than any apartment in Fairbanks, so worth for money.

− Cleanliness was an issue. There were yellow stains in the toilets and bathtub. Also, there were many utensils which weren't cleaned and washed when we checked in, we had to do dishwasher on checking in. And they had kept only 3 dishwasher pods for us. We had to buy our own pods from Walmart.
