Широка и просторна вила. Басейна е достатъчно голям. Има място за паркиране на 3-4 коли. Доста неща за развлечение - билярд, тенис маса и т.н. С две кухни с достатъчно прибори. Климаттиците работят много добре.

− На етория етаж налягането на водата е слабо и много бързо свършва топлата вода. Съдомиялната не почиства добре. Първия етаж е нападнат от мравки. Покритието на Wi-Fi е слабо. Електричеството се заплаща допълнително, но това е описано в описанието на вилата.

Good pool facility

− We have to get rid of the bins which involves driving out the way. You also have to pay for the electricity which i have never ever heard of before. They didnt have any loo roll or and bin bags so we had to purchase those also.

Esperienza positiva ma la casa è da rivedere in molte cose altrimenti il prezzo richiesto è pagatoè assolutamente spropo

Posizione della casa. Piscina pulita e ben tenuta.

− Scarsa pulizia degli ambienti esterni. Scarsa manutenzione (esempio luci non funzionanti, box doccia rotti, ecc). Qualità pessima dei materassi: non è stato possibile dormire comodamente e in modo rilassato.Scarso assortimento di pentole (ne abbiamo dovuto comprare una grande per cucina la pasta). Manca di macchina per caffè espresso. Molto arredi sono molto vecchi e consumati, talvolta anche sporchi (esempio lettini e materassini da esterno).

Generally a very enjoyable stay in a comfortable, and mostly well appointed and clean villa.

The location was good with a lovely view over the bay of Pollenca. Alcudia and shopping is 5 mins away by car (which is an essential for this location). We were a family of 7 adults and a 5 year old child. We cooked and ate in the upper level, or by the pool to take advantage of the shade in the evenings. The a/c in all the rooms worked well and we could switch off and open up the house during the morning hours. The pool was spotless and stayed that way - no leaves. Cooker, dishwasher and washing machine worked well. There was a small welcome packet with a few essentials - but given the number of people staying, a few more would have been appreciated

− Practically all the dishes and glasses had to be washed again on arrival - maybe the dishwasher had been previously used without a detergent tab? A fuse blew when we were using the cooker and the water cookers but was easily fixed. We mentioned these problems on check out and were let off the electricity charge (approx. €11 per day), though we have previously never had to pay separate charges. The double bed in the small upstairs bedroom is too short. The pedal bins in the bathrooms could do with replacing. As in every rental house the knives in the kitchen were blunt and the fire lighter empty. The door to the downstairs bedroom needs adjusting, as it drags on the floor and wakes others up at night. A couple more umbrellas around the pool would be appreciated, as would a few more wine glasses - not major investments, but would in keeping with a house of this nature and price class.
