9.0AC in room with remote control - was absolutely needed. Small fridge in the room. Shared spaces (kitchen) well equipped. Available useful info regarding buses - 5 mins walking to bus stop, with 20 min connection to Venice.

9.0Teresa è stata davvero una grande padrona di casa, sempre disponibile e sempre pronta a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Si è instaurato subito un ottimo rapporto ed è stata davvero presente in tutto. Sono stata lì 7 giorni e tutti e 7 i giorni è stata li in struttura. Ci ha dato indicazioni su come muoverci a Mestre e nei dintorni, e suo posti dove andare a mangiare sia a Mestre che a Venezia. Davvero super soddisfatta.
− Zona auto con i garage…c era una signore che già alle 6 di mattina giocava con garage e avendo il sonno leggero mi svegliavo puntualmente

9.0Nice Room! We werent able to arrive ar check in time, and Teresa helped us doing the check in online! Nice localization, there is a bus direct from the place to Veneza, so it is perfect!
