8.0We really liked the proximity to restaurants, shops and the river front. We were also grateful for the large bag of coffee in the freezer! I do not recommend shopping at the Apple Market. There is a nice co-op within walking distance for great food.
− We weren’t expecting the apartment to be located on the ground floor accessible through a back alley behind a Mexican restaurant through a metal gated screen door. It appeared to be the only apartment in that alley. At first it felt a little sketchy but was actually really clean and quiet. The interior was very well appointed, extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. The only down side was that there was only 1 small window high above the door which provided a little natural light otherwise it was like being in a huge box. We also would have liked the interior door to have a lock in addition to the screen door lock.
Oasis in the city.
10.0We had a chance to meet the host. He was a very nice man. Our favorite thing to do was to walk along the river, walking our cat. The studio was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable and had a lot of TV network options. YouTube, Max, etc.
− No designated parking. Especially because my wife is handicapped. Fortunately, with her placard, we were able to street park. Otherwise, it is 3 hrs parking during the day.
