A comfortablem stay with a room for operational improvements
10.0The apartment itself was well-equipped and provided all essential amenities, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, two operational aspects merit attention: 1. Housekeeping: While a final cleaning fee was charged, there was no interim cleaning or towel change during our week-long stay. For a property of this standard, a mid-stay refresh would be reasonable. 2. Waste Disposal: Only two waste bags were provided for the entire week, which proved insufficient. We had to purchase additional disposable bags, which felt unnecessary given the duration of our stay. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive, and the apartment served as a comfortable base for exploring the beauty of St. Moritz.
