− We have stayed in another unit in Santorini A blo ck before, and the experience completely different. The place was so dirty. The walls the curtains, the bathrooms. Cockroaches crawling in the 100s . They were every where We could not cook or make use of anything in the kitchen due to the high hygiene risk. We have booked plenty of times on booking.com but never had this experience before. We will never return.

1.0I would like to raise a serious concern about the condition of the flat we booked. The room was not properly cleaned at all. When we got into the bed, we found a lot of small bugs inside the bed and on the headboard. This was completely unacceptable, and my husband was very unhappy. We paid for accommodation that was supposed to be clean and comfortable, but what we received was far from that. The smell in the flat was also very bad. The photos online gave us a completely different impression, and when we arrived, the place looked nothing like what was advertised. Because of the bugs and the poor hygiene, we had no choice but to drive back home to Rayton, Gauteng at 11 pm with our kids, as it was impossible to sleep in those conditions. We even moved the bed and found many more bugs on the floor alive which clearly shows that the flat was not cleaned properly before our arrival. This is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about health and safety. If those bugs had bitten us or our children, what then? For the amount of money we paid, we expected a clean, safe, and properly maintained place. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. The flat needs urgent attention and proper fumigation to ensure that future guests do not experience what we did. I am not happy with the value we received for our money, and I hope you take this matter seriously and improve the cleanliness and hygiene of your flats. Thank you
