− La mancanza di insonorizzazione delle pareti divisorie con i vicini e alle 5/5,30 del mattino il vicino accendeva regolarmente la televisione fino alle 9,00. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale era un po’ scomodo

10.0Super Zentrale und Gleichzeitig ruhige Lage. Öffentlicher Parkplatz in 4 Gehminuten erreichbar. Lift vorhanden 8 er Stock.
− Balkon hat kein richtiges Vordach, die Tauben machen viel Mist. Muss fast täglich Boden reinigen
