Great Location, comfortable cottage , a more personal touch would have helped.
9.0− A welcome instruction pack would have been helpful. Clearer instructions for the cooker and Hob would have meant initial problems and searching drawers for manuals would have not been necessary. The bin collection and recycling instructions were not clear and were out of date. It would also have been nice to have an emergency number to ring if anything went wrong while we were there, It was all a bit impersonal.
