Localização e estrutura muito boas: 10-30min das principais praias, enxoval completo, utensílios de cozinha/prataria excelente, ar condicionado em toda casa, Wi-Fi excelente, projeto de iluminação/decoração e móveis excelentes, piscineiro todos os dias, estrutura do condomínio muito completa (academia e sala de jogos), cama confortável

− Um dos chuveiros pingando/com vazamento, limpeza dos quartos, banheiros e vidros pessimas (as mulheres decidiram lavar os banheiros só para ter uma ideia do nível), um dos quartos com enxoval molhado, sombreiro comido por cupim chegou a cair, acabou papel higiênico e não tinha backup, não tinha saco de lixo, amenidades de banho, geladeira quebrada TV sem funcionar direito, piscina sem aquecimento (considerando que o hóspede paga consumo, deveria ter essa opção para dias mais frios)
