Me gusto la casa, pero no la decoracion ni el mobiliario, ya que algunas cosas no eran comodas y faltaban ciertas comodidades basicas.

− La estancia no cumplió con mis expectativas. La cama resultó bastante incómoda y el dormitorio no disponía de almohadas convencionales, únicamente de cojines cuadrados tipo decoración. Además, la habitación no contaba con televisor. El sofá también era muy incómodo y excesivamente duro, dando la sensación de ser antiguo o de baja calidad. Asimismo, no había una manta adecuada para utilizar en el sofá, solo una especie de pareo fino que no resultaba funcional. Por otro lado, la piscina no estaba climatizada, y este servicio suponía un coste adicional de 40 € al día. Considero que, teniendo en cuenta el precio de la villa y las características anunciadas, este servicio debería estar incluido. En términos generales, la decoración parecía de estilo económico y no encajaba con el nivel ni la estética de la vivienda.

El alojamiento cumplía con todas nuestras expectativas y las superaba ,las habitaciones la piscina todo muy limpio y la chica geny muy amable siempre ,para repetir sin dudarlo

Estaba todo impecable, limpio, nuevo… Geny la dueña muy amable y eficaz. El recinto espectacular, una parte en obras pero ni nos enteramos y eso que estábamos cerca. Muy discretos y correctos. El tema de la seguridad impresionante, todo vigilado, entradas controladas, y los chicos de garita muy amables y simpáticos así como profesionales.

− Nada en absoluto. Todo estaba a pedir de boca!

We found the apartment to be comfortable and spacious and the decor to be pleasant. The furnishings are new. Everything is very clean. We liked the view from the property and its location. Our highlight was the very pleasantly warm water in the pool (for which we had to pay extra despite the already high price to quality ratio, in our view). We were glad that we had requested for the pool to be heated.

− We stayed in late December so there was no building work nearby so we were very lucky in this regard. We suspect that for guests arriving later, the noise (and possibly also dust) from the building site just next to the property would in most cases be fully incompatible with holidays. We found the need to pay the deposit only via bank transfer inconvenient and stressful as we had already been travelling when we received the advance notice about it. There was no flexibility in this regard. Finally, there was some noticeable persistent unpleasant smell from the toilet in the master bedroom, the inconvenience of which was exacerbated by the fact that there is no window in the small toilet, there is one in the bathroom but it does not fully remedy the problem. A final recommendation would be to consider planting some plants in the small area around the pool to increase its attractiveness.

Villa ist durch extremen Baulärm direkt daneben eigentlich nicht vermietbar

Lage zum Golfplatz perfekt, Villa ok

− Die Villa ist wegen des extremen Baulärms eigentlich nicht zu vermieten. Es war so laut durch die Baustelle, dass man weder auf der Terrasse telefonieren oder sich unterhalten konnte. Von entspannen am Pool gar nicht zu reden. Bagger Presslufthammer und LKW, 50 m daneben, sind ein no go. Baustelle mindestens noch 1 Jahr. Baustelle startet ab 8:00 - 13:00 , 13:30 - 16:00. Der Pool war sehr kalt, nur mit extra 40 Euro pro Tag wird er beheizt..das ist in dieser Preiskategorie auch ein no go. Das Bett mit 160 cm Breite und 180 cm ist zu klein und die Matratze viel zu hart.
