O ap estava impecável com tudo q e oferecido no anúncio. N tivemos problema algum durante a hospedagem. O Condomínio e bem completo com Cafe da Manha (a parte) almoço completo no Kg e uma lanchonete completa com drinks, porções, pizzas, sanduíches. As piscinas todas quentinhas e o rio quente q passa ao fundo e uma experiência única. Voltaremos em outra oportunidade.

Limpeza, cama e travesseiros bons. Mobília bem conservada. Presteza da anfitriã em responder questionamentos! Nós deixou um mimo de chocolate, adorei!

Recomendo, pois a proprietária muito educada e gentil sempre que a contactei. Fui recebido com cartão e caixa de bombom.

A presença de utensílios domésticos, colchões de solteiro , ar condicionado.
− O banheiro apresentou vazamento vindo do box alagando o banheiro todas as vezes que usava o chuveiro, a porta do box estava muito dura no abrir e fechar, chuveiro muito colado na parede atrapalhando o movimento batendo os braços na parede e box. A internet do Park Veredas não funcionou nos dias de minha hospedagem nos deixando sem internet, sugiro a colocação de internet no apartamento para o inquilino. Obs.: a proprietária foi comunicada do vazamento, ela desconhecia o fato, acredito que irá providenciar reparos.

O apartamento é super aconchegante, tudo novinho e limpo, muito bem mobilhado e cozinha bem equipada, tinha até cartão de boas vindas e chocolates! Condomínio super organizado e limpo, valores acessíveis.
− Talvez, o condomínio poderia liberar o uso de caixa térmica de pelo menos 12 litros, para uso dos hospedes, ao invés de ser permitido apenas o baldinho com gelo, que embora por sinal, foi prontamente fornecido pelo apartamento...
