8.0Loved the pool, the view from the balcony, and easy access to the beach. Nice having a washer and dryer . And the new carpet was nice. The high table and chairs on the balcony were nice. The room was exceptionally clean.
− The keys didn't work well in the door. And the door stuck. We were told maintenance was going to come and fix it. (No show) Sliding doors to the balcony were very hard to open .Rocking chair on the balcony was falling apart. The mattress was not very comfortable. There was a plastic bowl in refrigerator catching water that was dripping that had to be dumped every day, or it would get knocked over. I found a bag full of plastic food containers from previous tenants on a chair behind table that was overlooked by cleaning staff. And the light hanging over the table was filthy. And the window in the bedroom was also very dirty on the outside. Kitchen cabnets were not very organized. And there was a dirty cookie sheet. Looks like it was probably taken out of dishwasher and it didnt clean it. I left it as it was.
