8.0Le riad est magnifique, la literie est bonne,l emplacement idéal.
− Les terrasses,mobiliers extérieurs et les sols étaient sales et poussiéreux on a pas pu profiter des magnifiques terrasses
Très bon séjour, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

10.0Nos encantó todo! La decoración, la ubicación en el centro de la medina, el personal muy amable (hay que recoger las llaves en otro punto a 10 min del alojamiento). Las camas muy cómodas y las terrazas para disfrutar por las noches.

Schmutziges Traum-Riad mit schlechtem Service, dafür aber mitten in der Medina
6.0Tolle Lage und Ausstattung. Würde man sauber machen und die Gäste nicht sinnlos durch die Sonne rennen lassen, wäre es toll! Wir fühlten uns schlecht behandelt!
− Schwer zu finden, da Google und Booking den Eingang an anderer Stelle darstellen. Keine Hausnummer oder Name lässt ein Erkennen des Riad zu. Wir mussten bei 30 Grad ALLE zunächst 15 Minuten zum Hotel Asilah32 am anderen Ende des Hafens, da man uns telefonisch mitteilte dass nicht klar war ob das Riad um 13:30 schon gereinigt war. Gepäck konnten wir nirgends abstellen. Am Hotel hat man uns dann mitgeteilt, daß das Riad doch schon gereinigt ist > Reisepässe erfasst und Schlüssel erhalten > mit Gepäck wieder 15 Minuten durch die Mittagssonne zurück zum Riad. Dann völlig verschwitzt wieder am Riad angekommen. Zu unserem Erstaunen sehr schmutzig! Riad war offensichtlich scheinbar wochenlang nicht gereinigt worden. Gammelige Kartoffeln im Schrank. Kühlschrank zum Gk Lück fast leer - musste nur saubergemacht werden. NIcht ausreichend Handtücher damit sich alle erst einmal duschen können. Auf Nachfrage am nächsten Tag vom Nachbarn zusätzliche Handtücher erhalten. die kryptische Nachricht vorher hatten wir nicht verstanden ("Handtücher vor dem Haus...").
