− Το κτίριο που βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα είναι παλιό και ελαφρώς απεριποίητο. Η εικόνα ωστόσο αλλάζει άρδην μόλις εισέλθεις στο διαμέρισμα, το οποίο είναι εξαιρετικό.

9.0The apartment is large enough and has an ideal location. It is very well shaded with awnings and external blinds, so we didn't have to use the air conditioning in the summer. It is quiet, even though it is on a very busy street. The bathroom has a window and natural light. The view is beautiful!
− If you overeat, climbing the stairs to the third floor may be difficult :)

9.0Доволі затишне місце, при всім тім що поряд багато кафе та таверн. Квартира добре обладнана, все функціонує, до прикладу є декілька кавоварок на різні смаки. Окрема подяка власнику за дозвіл заселитися раніше.
− Парковка вздовж дороги під вікнами, виділеного міста немає, але це вирішуєтся десь 20-30 хвилинним чеканням покі звільнять місто коло дому, або трохи подалі парковка завжди є.

10.0Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα. Διαθέτει ΤΑ ΠΑΝΤΑ!! Πραγματικά υπερπλήρες με εξαιρετική θέα από το μπαλκόνι, σε κεντρικό σημείο μπροστά στη λίμνη και δίπλα στα μαγαζιά και σε σουπερ μάρκετ. Ευγενέστατη η ιδιοκτήτρια. Μας περίμεναν και καλούδια και φρούτα. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!
− Ο 3ος όροφος θα δυσκολέψει όσους δεν αντέχουν σκάλες
