10.0The owner is great. Really nice guy that wants the best . He welcomed us at 2200 and showed us everything. The house is 5 min walk to the metro. The street is quite . So all in all we are happy.

10.0Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem oraz dobra lokalizacja, kilka minut spacerkiem od placu Malatesta skąd w kilkanaście minut można dojechać metrem do najważniejszych zabytków, W okolicy piekarnia/kawiarnia, apteka oraz sklepy spożywcze. Obiekt zlokalizowany przy małej osiedlowej ulicy na której prawie nie ma ruchu, więc jest spokój. W kuchni jest wszystko co potrzeba - toster, piekarnik elektryczny, czajnik, ekspres do kawy, sztućce itp. W łazience jest okno dzięki czemu można ją przewietrzyć. W mieszkaniu jest również klimatyzacja. Miłym dodatkiem są parasole których można użyć w deszczowe dni. Nieodłącznym elementem obiektu jest kotka, która bardzo się łasi i wymusza jedzenie przy każdej możliwej okazji. Gdy tylko zauważy że mieszkańcy są już na nogach, dopomina się o śniadanie. Na szczęście na miejscu jest worek z suchą karmą. :)
